About the Program Director role:
In this role you will oversee several behavior technicians and an average of 10-15 cases. Duties will include the following:
Write and model programs, behavior plans and interventions for in-home clients.
Supervise and mentor your team of behavior technicians.
Write reports with graphed data.
Assist with training staff in the office
Utilize the concepts of ABA in all aspects of your programming.
Bachelor's degree with significant experience in ABA or inprogress Master's degree or Master's degree.
At least one year of experience in ABA

Willingness to take on many roles including conducting in-office trainings
Ability to sit and stand throughout sessions

We are looking for a professional, full time Clinical Director. We work with clients in homes and at our recently opened clinic in Walnut Creek, California. We deeply value our therapists and their clinical expertise and we support our staff to grow from within the agency.

BTA will continue to research and develop innovating systems on the treatment and analysis of ASD. BTA is a leader in providing services for children, teens, and young adults with ASD by providing an array of support to integrate into their communities and to enhance the quality of their lives.
We have developed a platform called “ABA SYSTEM” which is a set of tools that provide theoretical bases and practical exercises to help improve the therapies conducted to our patients with ASD, in order to guarantee advance in their development.
Clinical Director Qualification:
Must be a BCBA with at least 1 year of management experience
Able to supervise BACB candidates
Demonstration of leadership and management
Culturally competent an experience working with diverse groups
Demonstrated creativity, flexibility and the ability to prioritize and problem solve
Excellent attention to detail and ability to be highly independent yet function well on a team
*This position requires traveling with your own car and car insurance in Contra Costa County.*
Trains and supervises all clinical staff, including BTs, RBTs, Clinical Supervisors, and BCBAs in the clinic, home, and school settings
Manages the BACB candidate supervision program: Supervises BACB candidates, conducts 1:1 and small group trainings as deemed appropriate by Regional Director
Exhibits highly culturally competent behavior with all staff and families
Provides on-going feedback and reviews to all clinical staff
Behavior Treatment & Analysis (BTA) looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work flexible hours, with our patients from 0 to 14 years with autism. We will schedule patients according to their available schedule, either on weekends, at night or at their convenience. Our office is located in Walnut Creek and our patients are from Contra Costa County.

The professional in this position will be responsible for: Provides treatment and implement ABA services, pursuant to a treatment plan developed and approved by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities and Duties
- Delivers ABA treatment protocol developed by a BCBA.
- Work with patients, families and communities to implement patients treatment plan.
- Active participation in staff training programs designed to increase overall skills.
- Complete daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner.
- Follow our own data collection system.
- Participate actively in the creation of the digital & virtual contents designs and research timely manner.
- Report on a weekly basis to the BCBA/ Assistant Director of Health Management Supports and Child Development Services/ Assistant of the President.
Qualifications and Skills
- RBT® (Registered Behavior Technician) or Bachelor in Psychology, Education or related field + two years of experience or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst® (BCaBA), or High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Willing and commitment to work with individuals with special needs.
- Two years of experience providing ABA intervention services. (This requirement can be replace by the RBT® certification.)
- Clear criminal history background check: Clear FBI, child abuse and state background check.
- Valid Driver's license DMV report and proof of auto insurance.
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) is a plus.
P.S: People with high School Diploma must be committed to receive the RBT® training and be credentialed during the first three weeks hired.
- BTA offers initial and ongoing paid training and supervision to pursuit the RBT® certification.

Perform a variety routine, which include management of correspondence, filing, faxing, scanning, copying, distributing mail, monitoring and ordering office supplies, data entry and other duties.
Answers phones, screen and direct incoming calls.
Create and maintain office files, reports, and correspondence.
Operates a variety of office equipment and technology.
Prepares and types form letters, labels, addresses and other material.
Completes daily paperwork and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner.
Receives and greets office visitors. Refers them to proper persons and offices.
Associate Degree in an Administrative Career (Desirable).
Minimum of 1-year experience.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Applications.
Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written form.
High level of organizational skills.
Ability to stablish and maintain working relationship with the team and the general public is required.
